In development

TandaBox has been rebuilt from the ground up. Not a fresh coat of paint — a new foundation, laid so that the phone, the bridge and the big Mac app all grow from the same core. The first product out of it is the iPhone app, and it is already playing tandas on a real phone.

• TandaBox for iPhone. The player, first out the door. Your library on your device, tanda building in the core, the milonga flow with cortinas, Milonga Mode for the nights that matter, CarPlay for the drive there. It isn’t a mirror of your archive — it carries your selection. Take your night, or your practice, with you.
• English and Turkish. Both reviewed on device before release.
• The Mac plan changed shape. This site has been saying a free Mac organizer arrives first. That work didn’t stop — it grew, and it now ships as the two Mac apps listed under Next. The Download page still tells the earlier story; it will be rewritten when there is something to install, and the Change(b)log will say why.

After launch

• TandaBox Transfer for Mac. Free, and deliberately small: open your archive on the Mac, pick what the phone should carry, send it over your local network. A bridge, not a second player.
• MyLonga Studio for Mac. The flagship. Archive management and tagging, booth-grade playback, a dancer-facing display, and the curation tools — one roof over what used to be several separate workbench apps. It comes last because it deserves the most time.

No dates on either, here or anywhere else. They arrive when they’re ready.

Being researched, promised to no one

An iPad layout, and Apple Music as a separate source. Both depend on working prototypes and on Apple’s rules holding up. If a prototype fails, the honest answer will be here and on the Change(b)log.

If demand asks

More languages, iCloud backup, tanda export, OGG and Opus support, more CarPlay surfaces. None of these are hard to imagine; all of them wait for real users to ask.

Not planned

No automation that replaces your judgment. Studio will one day carry a suggestion engine — it will line up candidate tracks, and you will say yes or no. That is the ceiling: nothing here will ever build your night for you. These apps organize, suggest at most, and play; the taste stays yours.

Also permanently out, unchanged: accounts, analytics, ads, subscriptions, and anything that re-encodes your audio.
