These terms cover your use of the TandaBox iPhone app and the TandaBox Mac Companion (together, “TandaBox”).
License
TandaBox is licensed to you, not sold. Your use of the iPhone app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, which applies automatically to apps distributed through the App Store. The Mac Companion, distributed directly from this website, is licensed for your personal use in connection with the TandaBox iPhone app, free of charge.
Your content
The music files you import into TandaBox are yours. TandaBox does not claim any ownership over your library, tandas, or playlists, and does not transmit them anywhere except as you explicitly direct (for example, a Mac-to-iPhone transfer you initiate). You’re responsible for making sure you have the right to use and play the files you import.
Purchases
Tanda Builder Pack, Equalizer Pack, and other in-app purchases are one-time, non-consumable purchases processed by Apple. They don’t expire and don’t renew. Refunds are handled entirely by Apple according to Apple’s refund policies — TandaBox cannot issue refunds directly.
Acceptable use
Don’t use TandaBox to infringe copyright, to reverse-engineer the app beyond what’s permitted by law, or to interfere with other users or with Apple’s platforms.
No warranty
TandaBox is provided “as is.” While we take playback reliability seriously and treat it as a release requirement, we can’t guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Changes
We may update these terms as TandaBox evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
